Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made on AdX Neural (the "Service") at adxneural.com. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by our authorized payment provider, which may act as merchant of record for your transaction.

1. Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge, provided you have not consumed a substantial portion of the plan's monthly credits (more than 20%).
Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period except where required by law.
Annual plans. Outside the 14-day window, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you keep access until the term ends.

2. Credits and top-up packs

Credits are a prepaid digital currency used to run AI generations.

Unused credits. A top-up credit pack may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.
Consumed credits are non-refundable. Once credits have been spent on a generation, they reflect real third-party compute costs we incur on your behalf and cannot be refunded.
Failed generations. If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, the credits held for it are automatically returned to your balance — no request needed.

3. How to request a refund

Email billing@adxneural.com from the address on your account, with your order or transaction reference and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

4. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Accounts with an unresolved chargeback may be suspended pending review.

5. Exceptions and your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
