These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AdX Neural (the "Service") at adxneural.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AdX Neural is an AI-powered marketing and creative platform. It lets you generate content and, when you choose to connect third-party accounts, create, schedule, publish, and manage content and messages across those accounts on your behalf and at your direction.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or provide ("Your Content"). You grant AdX Neural a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service and to perform the actions you request (such as publishing a post to a connected account). You represent that you have all rights necessary to your content and to publish it.
When you connect a third-party platform (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, a CRM, or a messaging provider), you authorize AdX Neural to access and act on that account within the permissions you approve. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. AdX Neural acts on your instructions and is not responsible for the policies or availability of third-party platforms.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Avatar, likeness, and image/video editing tools (including avatar swap) are provided only for AI-generated avatars and for likenesses you own or have explicit permission to use. You are responsible for holding all necessary rights and consents for any face or likeness you provide. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.
The Service uses AI models to generate content. AI output may be inaccurate or unintended; you are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish.
Certain features may require a paid plan or credits. Fees, where applicable, are described at purchase and are processed by our payment providers. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdX Neural and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdX Neural from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third party's rights.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which AdX Neural operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
