AdX Neural ("AdX Neural," "we," "us," or "our") operates the platform at adxneural.com — an AI-powered marketing and creative platform that helps you create content and, when you choose, publish and manage it across your own connected accounts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information — your name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account or sign in.
Content you create or upload — text, prompts, images, video, audio, captions, and other content you generate or provide to the platform.
Connected-account data — when you connect a third-party account (for example TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, a CRM, or an email/messaging provider), we receive the access tokens and the specific data you authorize during that platform's sign-in, so we can perform the actions you request (such as reading your profile, listing your content, or publishing posts you direct).
Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser type, and interactions with the platform, used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Billing information — if you purchase a plan or credits, payment is handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the platform and its features.
To generate content with AI and to perform the publishing, scheduling, and account-management actions you explicitly request.
To authenticate you, secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
To provide customer support and communicate with you about the service.

3. Connected platforms and TikTok data

When you connect a platform, you grant access only to the permissions (scopes) shown to you at sign-in, and you can revoke that access at any time from the platform or from your AdX Neural Connections page. We use connected-account data solely to provide the features you request.

For TikTok specifically: with your authorization we may access your basic profile information and content list, and upload or publish videos that you direct us to post. We use this data only to provide those publishing and management features. We do not sell TikTok data, do not use it for advertising profiling, and do not share it except with the infrastructure providers below as needed to deliver the feature. Our use and transfer of information received from TikTok APIs adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

With service providers that power the platform — including our integration provider (Composio, used to securely connect and call third-party platforms), our database/authentication/storage provider (Supabase), AI model providers (to generate content you request), and payment processors. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
With the platforms you connect — to carry out the actions you direct (for example, publishing a post to your TikTok or Instagram account).
For legal reasons — to comply with applicable law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the public.
In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of your data as described below.

6. Your rights and choices

Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
Disconnect any connected platform at any time, which revokes our ongoing access.
Request a copy of your data or object to certain processing, subject to applicable law (including GDPR/CCPA rights where they apply).

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children

The platform is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
